1. Service Description
YieldPeer provides a peer-to-peer newsletter matching platform for Substack writers. We connect complementary newsletters for mutual recommendations to support authentic audience growth.
2. Subscription Plans
Free Plan: Access to manual matching, basic analytics, and community features.
Pro Plan (€19/month): Automatic matching with editorial affinity, pre-written feature articles, advanced analytics, weekly trend reports, monthly positioning reports, priority support, and unlimited swaps.
3. Payment Terms
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your newsletter
- Honor recommendation swaps with matched partners
- Not engage in spam, manipulation, or fraudulent activity
- Respect intellectual property and privacy of other users
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
YieldPeer is provided "as is." We are not liable for growth outcomes, match quality, or third-party actions. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved in French courts.
